Yeah, saying no to people feels hurtful especially when you want to do everything you can before you die. So you do what we all do, lead people on. What I love about planning my life now is that I unapologetically and brightly stay on target with my soul. That requires saying no to things that don’t align with my core desires. No shame or guilt there because it’s honesty that hones in on your real purpose and passion in life.
This year, I accomplished a huge soul goal – write a book.
