When I was 14 years old, I was kicked out of the house.
I didn’t have a cell phone, so no texting for help.
These were the days when the Internet was mostly on desktop computers and ringtones were advertised in J-14 magazine.
I’m no stranger to crisis or trauma. And drama doesn’t discriminate (well some is systemic and it’s poisoning our limbic/socioeconomic systems).
I was forced to grow up fast being underprivileged. Some might assume I’d feel apathetic and intensely conservative about the world because of my tangled roots, but my resilience rarely gains its strength from the head, it benchpresses from my heart. I’m a thousand times more empathetic and compassionate. An astrologer once told me, I’m a unique Aries because of my planetary alignments falling headstrong in self-reflection and communication.
Two things I love: soul and data.
I (like you) deserve to feel good, but gotta see the progress in a new way. Often we assess our progress based on achievements like getting a job, marrying someone significant, to having a baby. These also can be huge stressors and the negative energy becomes a distraction from our core desires, values, and intentions. Especially when we don’t feel like we’re where we want to be. It’s the culture of not feeling good enough or grateful for our own unique fingerprint on the Universe.
That’s why I created this 12 Month Color Therapy Planner. I need to help you track your moods, remember to ask you to feel what your heart feels and see specific emotional patterns through color energy so that you can live proactively with your intuition.
There’s also another humanitarian perk to this color therapy planner.
Since technology has evolved and the data surrounding crisis and trauma is improving, I’m donating half of the sales to Crisis Text Line. An organization that trains crisis counselors and gives support 24/7.
It’s within my own crisis situations, I found color to lighten the mood. And I want you to plan your days with it. Live your life authentic to your aura because we attract energy that we can handle even if we question it down to the last second. Seeing patterns develop on paper opens your mind to what your heart actually needs to feel happy. At the end of the 12 months, you’ll have a personal mood wheel for that year and a time capsule of your personal transformation.
All while helping those in crisis feel less chaos and more compassion.
