May Cause Miracles: Savoring the food you eat
Gratitude is speaking to us again and we can be grateful for the food we do and can eat, right? Absolutely! Today was our task to give thanks to our bodies for what we consumed and Gabby instructed us to be present in this moment. Our focus was on truly savoring the moment with our food.
The affirmation for today –
I am grateful for my body.
If you were to ask me out to dinner, be prepared to spend countless hours with me because I am a very slow eater. I don’t gorge on my food nor do I expect anyone to instantly consume all that is given. Too messy for my taste. So, today’s miracle theme definitely was a pleasant one to experience. I chose to enjoy my last chocolate bunny that I got on Easter. This Russell Stover delight filled with caramel was so rich that I lost myself in it’s sweetness. I took my time savoring this yummy bunny and did not find myself complaining about the tingling sensations that my teeth would endure. I am grateful for my teeth.
My body is unique as it has an interesting figure and a well established metabolism that allows me to enjoy much of life’s fruits. Allergies are not of a concern to me as far as I know and I am blessed for this ability. Normally, my teeth are sensitive to extremely cold items or rich decadent candy, but this time they are beaming with strength. My teeth cleaning habits have not always been perfect growing up and I made it a mission for this month’s soul path tribe goal to focus on my teeth. I frequently have dreams involving my mouth being gummy, filled with stuff, or my teeth fall out. This could all be a subconsciousness symbol, but I know that the mouth is associated with the throat chakra of expression. In order to express myself vocally better I should make it a point to clean and strengthen my mouth appropriately. It has been working out tremendously as my teeth are feeling rather robust!
