Day 17 – What do you choose to see in the mirror?

May Cause Miracles: Feeling good about you

by Bernard-Charles

I am back home! Let the miracles commence, even though I have been actively experiencing them during my travels. Today we focused on our outward reflection of feeling good. So, when you go to the mirror what do you choose to see?

The affirmation for today –

I am not a body. I am free.

In my video for Day 17, I confessed that this affirmation felt off in some way. The probable reason could be that my ego was preventing me from trying to work with this cause, but I honestly don’t think we should detach ourselves from our bodies as this leads to us neglecting it. Many beginners most certainly will fall short in their development because they will focus on their mind and soul and not enough on building or properly taking care of their bodies. I feel conflicted. Instead of dwelling on the feeling, I decided that I will work with my body anyhow for the highest good.

I found out today that my stepfather would like to eat chicken more during the week instead of red meat as this is the healthier option. I totally agree, but added that fish is even better to eat! So there is this incoming energy of healthy living that my family is experiencing and I partly enjoy this new-found motivation and definitely would call it a miracle. My family is experiencing a shift and I sense it is for the better.

On a rather off note, my travels led me to experiencing a twist in my body. I pulled, twisted, or popped one of my knee/leg bones a couple of days ago and I have been actively conscious about how I walk, sit and use my right leg. There is some congested energy in my leg and I have made it a mission to stretch more so that my tight muscles won’t distort or harm my body anymore. I have the choice to view myself in pity or I can be proactive and do something constructive about my weakness. Thus turning that into a strength!

My miracle moments –
  1. Networking – My post about video game superpowers has connected me with a developer and I appreciate the connection here as I have a chance to  network with more professionals that wish to expand the human condition.
  2. Love Notes – I am finding random secret notes from my love scattered throughout my bedroom. This is an enjoyable scavenger hunt that I let spontaneity take over…I will find a note randomly when I am meant to read it.

So there, a great sacred journey thus far and I am so grateful to be able to share it with you. How did your day go? Do you eat healthy? Check out the Day 17 morning reflection vlog and let me know if My Inspiration Network can help you out. Thanks for reading.
