Colors of a green mean fighting machine to combat that patronizing ass who sits next to you

Today, I woke up groggy and bumbly.

Tripped over a rolley stool during my morning meditation class at Thrive.

And somehow decided to wear red pants, a navy blue turtleneck and over it is my lime green Thrive t-shirt.

My energy today is anything but graceful.

Large glaciers of my life feel chaotic and because I did stumble over the stool and managed to knock some things onto the floor minutes after the collision, my consciousness shouted: SAGE. And that’s what I did. I smudged the place and myself hoping to get rid of the bad juju that’s been oh so very annoying.

A gremlin of sorts has been popping into my virtual life as well. Annoying energy needs to be huffed and puffed away. The new birthing season is great for winds of change so I am taking it upon myself to use these reptilian colors to slither myself away from immaturity and potential harm. I don’t have time for anyone to patronize me.

It’s like this.

We can get along until you cross me. Once I feel threatened, I will NOT wimply console your ego. If you say something mean or dispirited then you can be assured that I will bark. Ten times louder as a matter of fact. Don’t be coming into my sacred space to dirty it up with your stank ass attitude. Kapeesh?

“Please take responsibility for the energy you bring into this space.” – Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor

I am beginning to feel Goddess Lilith’s presence already. Next month’s soul path theme is Authenticity and I can’t wait to dive deeper into it all. This month with risky Baba Yaga and my impromptu altar for Medusa/Pegasus has been enthralling. Pretty much not afraid of the big bad wolf, let’s put it that way.

Dealing with a patronizer of sorts? Or a busy body that needs some lessons in boundaries I suggest working with red (the color of blood), dark blue (the color of shade) and lime green (a color of transformation). Hey you’ll start feeling like a green mean fighting machine, believe me! It’s a powerful combo so be mindful to only work with these colors in poignant situations that try to undermine your self-worth.

  1. Wow. This is the second time already today I have seen this quote “Please take responsibility for the energy you bring into this space”. I get it!!! My home space is my sacred container and I hadn’t quite done that with my website space – as you are suggesting here. I love your attitude and energy in this article – “pretty much not afraid of the big bad wolf” – I could use a dash of that!

    1. Ah Joy! I am so over the silly games that negativity loves to play. So I’m facing fears and kickin booty lol Totally need to pay attention to synchronicity. 🙂 I want to pump up my club with ample supply of fearlessness! Woot woot!

  2. Love this post Bernard! Wonderful synchronicity… I’ve had similar exeperiences recently, which I played into writing my Lilith spread for next month’s Soul Path… All power to you my friend!
